NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE
CORRECTIONS OFFICER RETIREMENT PLAN LOCAL BOARD FOR
DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Department of Corrections and to the general public that the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Department of Corrections will hold a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., Correctional Officer Training Academy - Ocotillo Room 5601 W Trails End Rd, Tucson, AZ 85745. As indicated in the agenda, the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Department of Corrections may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss confidential matters pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (2), (3).

A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at the Department of Corrections, 1831 West Jefferson, Room 233, Phoenix, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting.
