Labor Reps Thank Director Schriro On February 17 the Labor Relations Advisory Council presented Director Dora Schriro a plaque thanking her for her ongoing efforts in securing a competitive pay package for Correctional officers. The group also acknowledged the work the director has done to improve the quality of life for staff. “It is not just what she has done regarding the CO Pay Plan,” Parole Officer Dan Delligatti said. “She has a tremendous insight and an incredible vision on where she would like to see the department go. If we can achieve most of what she envisions then we will definitely stand apart and be the premier department of corrections across the U.S.”
