Gentlemen:

I would like to express the gratitude of my staff and I for the incredible assistance your staff have offered after ACI and WFD were rechristened the ARK, and my name was changed to Noah on the 2nd of this month.

Doug, you personally helped us address some significant issues, and were very effective in doing so. I believe your help allowed ADC to save some vital equipment and data that would otherwise have been lost. Thank you for taking my calls and acting so effectively.

There were many staff who helped, but the following were particularly noteworthy, both for their critical help in allowing us to return to operations within one day, and to be back on line operationally within a week, as well as for their generous spirit:

You should know that the WFD staff performed admirably under some of the most adverse circumstances I've seen. They worked out of their cars, on cell phones in the wet and sweaty circumstances in the destroyed building (when authorized), and we continued doing business while salvaging state equipment and putting an emergency plan of action into effect. Some of the Wardens put up our fleet and our staff (including trips in and out). Additionally, the Institutional staff helped us to keep on with business each day through this.

We were doing business "as normal" for our clients in the most abnormal of circumstances, and this began the day of the event. We were graced by the help of the above-listed staff and others, which allowed us to find temporary housing in 3 separate buildings within a couple of days. We had phones and computers until we could get our server information back on line. We were praised by the very professional and effective private sector contractors for pulling together so well and professionally. When I say "we", I mean everyone from ADC who came together to help.

I must also recognize the outstanding efforts of some of our WFD staff. I am immensely proud of everyone from WFD and their contributions, but the following stood out in the beginning of this incident:
