ASPC-Safford Releases Balloons to Remember Victims

Arizona State Prison Complex-Safford along with organizations from the community sent Blue and Silver balloons into the air to commemorate National Crime Victims' Rights Week. The balloons had tags attached that read "In Honor of Victims and their Families."

At the Ceremony, Safford Mayor Ron Green read an Arizona crime victims' rights week proclamation from Governor Janet Napolitano, and ADC's Theresa Hempner read the Victims' Bill of Rights.
