Sergeant Marconato and Officer Martinez supervise an inmate work crew building a wall in a residential neighborhood in Yuma. The walls are part of ASPC-Yuma's Habitat for Humanity Community Betterment Program. Habitat for Humanity builds homes to improve housing conditions for low income individuals and reduce homelessness in the community.
