Administrative Secretary Gracie Lowery of ASPC-Douglas’ Business Office was the lucky winner of the $1,000 SECC Volunteer Gift Card Drawing.  Ms. Lowery was selected at random from among qualified SECC volunteers who attended training class and held at least one SECC meeting.

Representatives of the SECC visited the Douglas prison to award Ms. Lowery the gift card, which came in handy during the holiday season.
