ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
A Public meeting of the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan
Local Board for the Department of Corrections was convened, Thursday, January 3,
2007, at 1:30 p.m., in the Human Services Building, 1831 West Jefferson, Second
Floor Conference Room, Phoenix, Arizona.

I. Call to Order –
a
. Local Board meeting called to order by P. Scherden,
Chair, at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2007.
b. Chairman recommended going to Executive Session
for the purpose of discussion and consultation with the Board’s legal
counsel and possible action on issues relating to disability appeal #06-01.
Motion was made by R. Burgher, seconded by B. Rollins.
