- Organization and maintenance of utilization review,
information services, and patient records in order to meet the
requirement set forth by the administrative rules, and federal and
state laws pertaining to medical information.
- Provide services to the public, hospital
staff, or other government employees related to medical
records issues.
- Analyze medical records for completeness
and quality of documentation, using established criteria.
- Provide statistical and analytical data
in order to assist in maintaining a medical records service
continuous quality improvement program.
