Sex Offender Database In compliance with Arizona Revised Statute, ARS §13-3827, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) established the Arizona internet sex offender web site. This web site provides designated information about convicted sex offenders in this state who are required to register, pursuant to ARS §13-3821 (Sex Offender Registration) and therefore are subject to community notification, pursuant to ARS §13-3825 (Community Notification). Arizona Department of Public Safety is responsible for maintaining and updating this program.
