Inmate death notification
Phoenix, Ariz.- On April 27, 2009, Sean Pierce #241141, age 23, was found unresponsive in his housing unit at ASPC-Lewis, Stiner Unit, in Buckeye, Arizona. Pierce was pronounced dead by the emergency medical responders. An investigation into his death is being conducted. Pierce was admitted to ADC on April 14, 2009, after a conviction for 2nd degree murder and child abuse. He was sentenced to prison for 30 years and 6 months.
