ADC Veterans float wins 1st place

For the third year in a row, the Arizona Department of Corrections entry in the annual Phoenix Veterans Hospital Veterans Day Parade has won a top award from the Veterans Affairs Administration.

The ADC float won 1st place in the State Government float category. Interim Medical Center Director Dr. Jamie Robbins presented the trophy to ASPC-Lewis Warden Tara Diaz and Rio Salado WBE Instructor Eric Richardson during the award ceremony held at the East Valley Institute of Technology on Dec. 2.
