DO NOT give any member of the media phone numbers to specific units where inmates are housed. A 15-minute time limit is given per interview. All interview times and dates are scheduled by the Office of Media and Public Relations. Please Note: If you have any questions regarding procedures or policies, contact the Office of Media and Public Relations at 602-542-3133 Procedures The Office of Media & Public Relations faxes the request form to the applicable complex. Applicable complex routes the form to the appropriate unit. The inmate signs the form and indicates whether he/she agrees to be interviewed. A staff member faxes the signed form back to the Office of Media and Public Relations. (602) 542-2859. The Office of Media and Public Relations coordinates a day and time for the interview with appropriate unit. A staff member at the unit initiates the interview with a collect call to the reporter, and notifies the Office of Media and Public Relations once the interview has been completed.
