Food and Holiday visitation is approved for inmates who have earned Phase II and Phase III.  Inmates in Phase I and inmates assigned to detention are not authorized food visits.  Due to space limitations, food visits will be on the “first-in, first-out” basis.  Each visitor that arrives before 1200 hours will be authorized a minimum four (4) hour visit.  If the visitation area reaches seating capacity, we will first ask for volunteers to leave and then require those who have visited for four (4) hours (“first in”) to leave.  This will ensure all eligible inmates are allowed the opportunity to participate in the food visit.
