Napolitano signs Senate Bill 1386


Governor Janet Napolitano signs Senate Bill 1386 during Victim Rights Week Ceremony April 24, 2006. This bill allows for “A Victim of a criminal offense that is a part I crime under the statewide uniform crime reporting program or an immediate family member of the victim if the victim is killed or incapacitated has the right to receive one copy of the police report from the investigating law enforcement agency at no charge.”

Impact of Crime on Victims Class (ICVC) update


ICVC classes are expanding statewide. Classes are being held at Florence, Lewis, Perryville, Tucson, and Winslow. Class will be starting this summer at Douglas, Yuma, and Safford.
